The Prize Wire ("we", "us") sends contest and sweepstakes digests by email. This page explains what we collect and why, in plain language.

What we collect

• Email address — required to send you digests. That's the only thing we ask for when you sign up.
• Subscription tier and payment status — if you upgrade, Stripe processes your payment. We store which tier you're on and a reference ID from Stripe, never your card details.
• Basic delivery data — whether an email bounced or was delivered, so we can keep our list clean.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or share your email address with anyone.
• We don't track you across other websites.
• We don't require an account, a name, or any information beyond your email.

Payment processing

Paid subscriptions are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe's own privacy policy governs the payment step itself.

Email delivery

We use Brevo to send digest emails. Brevo processes your email address solely to deliver our messages on our behalf.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in any email, or via our unsubscribe page. Unsubscribing removes your email from our active list. If you'd like your data fully deleted rather than just unsubscribed, email us and we'll remove it.
